The ZKTeco K40 Time & Attendance Terminal with Simple Access Control is a reliable and efficient biometric solution designed for businesses that require accurate employee attendance tracking and basic access control. Featuring a 2.8-inch TFT color display, the K40 offers a clear and user-friendly interface for smooth operation. It supports a fingerprint capacity of up to 3,000 users and a card capacity of 3,000 (with an optional SSR (Self- Service Report) mode for 1,000 users), making it suitable for small to medium-sized organizations. With a transaction capacity of 100,000 records, it ensures long-term storage without frequent data deletion.

For connectivity, the ZKTeco K40 offers TCP/IP and USB-host communication, ensuring fast and seamless data transfer between the device and a computer. It includes a built-in battery to prevent downtime during power failures, as well as an optional built-in SSR Excel software for simplified attendance report generation. Its standard functions include Workcode, SMS, DST, Self-Service Query, T9 input, automatic status switch, 14-digit user ID, backup battery support, scheduled bell, and simple access control. Optional features include ID/IC card compatibility and external bell integration.

The device’s access control interface supports third-party electric locks and exit buttons, making it a versatile solution for security needs.
